Each student can meet with an advisor to determine which university or college is most appropriate for his/her field of interest and academic background. The advisor will inform the student about admission requirements and assist the student with the application process.
Based on the student’s academic progress with CSL, certain universities and colleges will accept students on a conditional status into a degree program.
Self-Training Software: CSL uses CD-ROMS and interactive web activities in their state-of-the-art language lab to allow students additional practice in pronunciation, stress, intonation and listening comprehension.
Practice test software is also available. Internet: Students can also enjoy free access to the Internet.
Upon program completion, CSL awards the student a certificate, and a transcript listing their courses and their progress.
CSL's Home Stay Program offers the student a safe and well-chosen family. Our friendly Host Families are selected to provide insights into U.S. and California culture. By opening their homes to share their daily lives, customs, language and values, host families give the student an opportunity to experience the true American way of life. Our Home Stay Coordinator will work with the student and family to make sure the location, family situation, and needs of the student are well matched. Students can stay with their host family up to a year.
